A strategic and creative partner for real estate and destination branding with more than 20 years of experience partnering and co-creating with developers, investors, brokers and architects.
We support every stage of a real estate project. From early-stage positioning strategy and naming to brand architecture, communication, and activation, we turn developments into places people understand, trust, believe in and desire.
Knowledge shapes every real estate decision. We analyse each project by assessing the team, understanding the destination, examining the project details, and identifying target audiences. We then address both opportunities and challenges to build credibility and define a territory of its own.
Branding turns strategy into recognition. We create names and visual identities that express what makes a project unique, developing coherent brand systems that scale through every phase and touchpoint, all aimed at driving commercial success.
We shape how a place is seen before it exists. Beyond renders, we build the visual world around the brand — imagery, film, photography — that translates the promise before the project is built.
We build campaigns that do more than announce a launch. Grounded in clear KPIs, we shape the narrative and creative system to reach buyers, tenants, partners and the public in order to drive meaningful engagement without overselling.
We connect branding, marketing and lead generation to maximise conversion. With our partner Gigantic, we deliver the tools and infrastructure — website, landing pages and digital marketing — that turn interest into inquiries.
In an increasingly competitive real estate market, branding elevates projects beyond property into destinations, shaping lifestyle and perception.
It becomes a decisive factor of choice, enhancing desirability and creating greater value for developers, investors, and residents alike.
To establish a successful brand in Barreiro, a city long peripheral to Lisbon's real estate market with an industrial past and over a decade without new development, the challenge was to make a “new Barreiro” tangible, credible, and desirable. Solid Sentinel’s vision became Nooba: a €150M project with 518 apartments and a digital-first commercial strategy. In six months, over 50% of first-phase units were sold, with 80% driven by digital efforts, generating 3,000+ leads, 214,000 website visits, and 37,000 downloads, helping reposition Barreiro in the real estate market.
With an investment exceeding €300,000,000 from developer Thomas & Piron and the design by S+A, Clarissas is a new real estate project in Sacavém, on the Tagus River. It combines the heritage of a 16thcentury convent with contemporary architecture to meet growing market demand and improve the quality of life. As part of an integrated communication programme, the project communicates from the local community to brokers and investors — combining on-the-ground activation with targeted messaging and a digital layer of campaigns and newsletters designed to turn interest into demand, generating more than 3200 qualified leads, the year before sales.
Belas Clube de Campo hadn't been a part of Greater Lisbon's real estate players for years. We brought it back with Native — a brand built around urban lifestyle and nature — changing perceptions and making it relevant to new generations. The launch won the SIL Award for Best Launch Campaign of the Year, generated over 2 million digital impressions in the first month and doubled sales the following year. The renewed perception also attracted international investors, such as Bondstone and Kronos Homes, putting Belas Clube de Campo back on the radar as a destination. Forbes later described it as a benchmark among Lisbon's top residential developments.
