Angola is the third largest economy in sub-Saharan Africa and the 5th largest in Africa, with the oil market as its main source of income

After the end of the Civil War that marked the life of the country for several decades, Angola is now experiencing a period of prosperity.

One of the first areas of investment and growth in the non-oil sectors was precisely the real estate market.

The first projects were all developed in the city centre, with a focus on office buildings. However, with the development of the city of Luanda and the emergence of a new middle class there was also a need to develop projects for the residential market.

Born, being one of the most experienced and best agencies in the real estate branding area, was invited to develop this project.

A real estate project in Luanda aimed at young Angolan families.

The agency was responsible for the branding project of this residential condominium, developing from the brand, to signposting, through all the sales support materials, such as videos and 3D photographs of the development, brochures to present the condominium, website, decoration of stand model among others.
