Popota - Branding - Portuguese Retailer's Mascot

In order to generate a greater affinity with the target children and parents, Born has worked since 2007 to define the positioning and activation of the Popota mascot.

Initially linked to Social Responsibility projects, Causa Maior, Popota generated Christmas products (books and notebooks) as well as other innovative products (the first mobile game of a Mascot). With the visibility generated through the Christmas campaigns, Popota was already a star when the unique Brand project took place, and Born worked on defining its territory in the Continent universe.

After limiting its presence to a fun // emotional area, Born developed the Popota Brand project, which gave rise to an exclusive line of Merchandising in stores but above all designed a global strategy of activation of the Mascot innovative in national terms, comprising areas that generate notoriety (TV presence, PR public appearances and own content such as video clips that generated more than 1 million views and appearances in their own or Continente activations) and products (merchandising).
